Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, clean, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@daisypure.net with your order number and the reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an item that arrived damaged.
